This is the start of the design process. The time is used to visit the property and give you the opportunity to discuss your requirements and get a general feel for the space. Photos and measurements will be taken, which can later be used to design floor layouts. The aim of the consultation is to understand you needs and any ideas, styles you may already have.
Having visited your property and gathered your requirements, you will be presented with our first set of ideas for room layouts, colours, furniture, fabrics, lighting and audio visuals. With the presentation of these ideas you will be able to discuss these designs and any changes you would like can be made. Any samples that you request will be noted and ordered.
Once the design/s have been agreed and various other details discussed, you will be presented with a series of mood boards. These will give you the chance to visualise how the design will pull together. If there are any final alterations these will be made and then the design will be signed off.
The final stage will be a presentation of the design including specifications and 3D visual images. You will be presented with the costings for all the suggested fixtures, fittings and furnishings plus any quotes that have been requested for other services that are associated with your design brief.
